Kelly McCauley

Residential Property Rep & Office Manager

Raised in Vacaville, Kelly has been with Solano Property Management since 1994 and is very knowledgeable of the Solano County area. She started out at the front desk, moved on to become maintenance coordinator and now she is a Residential Account Rep / Assistant Manager. She enjoys meeting new clients and tenants, whether it's making them feel comfortable with finding a home to rent or assisting owners in renting out their home. Kelly also enjoys giving back to the community through her volunteer work.

Jennifer Cargo

Residential Property Rep & Office Manager

Jennifer got her start in new home sales and marketing when she first became a licensed real estate agent in 2004. She transitioned into property management in 2010 and became a licensed real estate broker in 2012, which led her to brokerage management. Jennifer has also obtained her Property Management Certification through the California Association of REALTORS and E-PRO certification through the National Association of Realtors. She passed a DRE audit during her time spent as a property manager and considers that to be her greatest career accomplishment to date.

Michele Williams

Commercial Property Manager

Michele Williams has a real estate background spanning 14 years, involving sales and renovations.  She worked in management and administration for over twenty years and decided to combine the two when making the decision to join Solano Property Management. She has traveled all over the United States and world, but has made Solano County her home for 22 years.

Gary Craig

Residential Property Manager

Gary brings extensive knowledge to his position as Residential Property Manager. He has been a licensed Real Estate agent since 2011. He is a homeowner and rental property owner for many years. He was a former insurance broker/owner selling and servicing rental property owners with insurance and umbrella coverage policies. He enjoys working with both new and experienced property owners. His past community service includes member and president of the School Board, College Board and Lion’s Club. He was appointed in Solano County as a court appointed special advocate (CASA) for abused / neglected children.

Victor Arrivas

Commercial and Residential Property Manager

Victor is a Marine Corps Veteran with several tours overseas. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in legal studies. He started his Real Estate Career in 2003 with his father in the greater Sacramento region as a general manager, real estate instructor, and real estate agent covering five family-owned offices. Victor has worked as an agent, leasing agent, and commercial property manager. He currently serves at SPM as a commercial and residential property manager.

Jennifer Blunt

Residential Property Manager

Jennifer has spent her whole life in Solano County and is proud to be raising her two boys here. She has over twenty years in customer service and eight years in sales. Jennifer enjoys maximizing her owner's profits while keeping her tenants happy in their well-maintained homes. She has held her real estate license since 2018.

Tamara Zaragoza

Residential Property Manager

Tamara got her Real Estate License in 2020, enjoyed selling properties and helping first time homebuyers before venturing into property management.

Evelina Romo

Residential Property Rep

Evelina was raised in Solano County. She has been with Solano Property Management since 2013 and is very familiar with the area. She started out as a front desk admin and moved on to become a Residential Account Rep - helping property owners with renting out homes. With a previous background in the banking industry for 13 years she decided on a career change into property management. She enjoys helping people in finding a new home to rent and also assists with the bilingual community.


Jennifer Fernandez

Commercial Property Rep

Jennifer has been a resident of Solano County since 1989. She left the restaurant industry to begin property management.  She joined the Solano Property Management team in October of 2022 but has been in Commercial Property Management since 2020. When she is not working, she enjoys being outdoors and spending time with close friends and family.


Gemma Williams

Administrative Assistant

Gemma has 20 years of banking experience, where she earned her strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and carried it over to SPM. Dealing with customers is not new to her. She is there to help every step of the way until your property is rented.


Patti Simon

Admin Supervisor and Accounting Assistant

Patti was born and raised in the Bay area and moved to Solano County in 2002. She is the Administrative Supervisor in the Fairfield Office. She has been with Solano Property Management since 2013. She started out with the maintenance department and moved to admin assistant and worked my way up to Supervisor and Accounting Assistant. She has made Vacaville her home and enjoys serving our community.


Jodi Ashoftehfard

Trust Account Manager

Jodi has over 30 years of experience in the field of property management and has been with Solano Property Management since 1989. She has been involved in every aspect of property management, however her specialty is property management accounting - a role she enjoys the most as she loves working with numbers. She also manages the administration and accounting teams for the firm. Jodi is a life-long native of Solano County and received her real estate license in 2003.
